We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- We do not accept returns for hygiene reasons on underwear, swimwear, or opened products.

How to Return
1. Email us at azizamalik241@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you return instructions and address.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will go back to the original payment method used.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for size/color within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
